A tattoo portfolio you can book from straight away.
Javier of Monti Art Tattoo does realism, portraits, colour work and lettering. I built him a website in Dutch, English and Spanish where clients browse his work, pick a date and secure it with a deposit. Javier manages everything himself, from his phone too.

01 — The question
Browse, choose, book.
Javier wanted a site that shows his work well, where clients plan an appointment themselves and pay the deposit right away, without first sending messages back and forth about the idea, the placement and the day.
02 — Portfolio
The work comes first.
The design is dark and calm, with gold as the accent, so the photos do the talking. The portfolio can be filtered by style, and the latest Instagram posts appear on the site automatically.
03 — Booking
Booked and paid in four steps.
The client describes the tattoo, picks style, size and placement, and can upload reference images. Then the client chooses a date and time from Javier's real availability, fills in their details and pays the deposit through Mollie. An appointment that is not paid expires on its own. Refunds can be issued from the admin.
04 — Admin
Everything in his own hands, on the phone too.
- A calendar with every appointment, also built for phones.
- Working hours and availability, from which the booking flow takes the free slots.
- Pages and every text on the site, editable per language.
- Client reviews, managed in the admin.
- Automatic emails for every booking.
